Great VR set

He was not thrilled at first but has ended up really liking it. The only downfall for him is the surround sound versus having headphones like his old ones. It just takes some getting used to.

The original controllers felt better in my opinion. Overall a very good headset that I would recommend.

Best PCVR Headset For The Money

I wasn't pleased with the buffering look of games as they were streamed from the PC to the Quest. The clarity difference with this headset is night and day. Can't say enough good things about it. If you're made of money, the VIVE headsets are great, but for the rest of us this is an amazing headset for the money.

Has its flaws but great overall

That being said: the unit is pretty great. Significantly better screen/optics than the original Oculus Rift CV1 and without the hassle of external sensors to track your movements. I have not had any problems with it so far.
