displeased
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked great at first. Felt better than old model. Right after tbe quest 2 came out it began having issues. Saying device wasn't connected even though it clearly was and other issues. Took back to best buy because it was under year manufacturer warranty and they told me they don't have to help me because the company oculus won't allow them too. Then they felt it necessary to say "you should've purchased our warranty ". Excuse me but I don't expect that something I purchase from you is going to be trash less than a year later. But it seems to happen often

Cable bad less than a year in
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The kids have enjoyed it overall, but it's not quite a year into owning the headset and the cable seems to have failed. It was also a pain to get it working with Steam VR games. I would prefer a device not associated with Facebook also.

A worthy upgrade from Samsung Gear VR
