Customer Ratings & Reviews

My daughter loves it, And couldn’t be any happier ! She couldn’t even wait till Christmas for it

This teaches children good hand and eye coordination. It also gives you a good workout with your arms.

Very responsive and clarity. Needed to free up quite a bit of space on HD to use it but was worth it.

I bought this as a gift. They loved it and enjoyed it. I got it for a great price.

Best Vr Headset for the price and wire is long enough so you look around freely.

Great exercise when we play beat sabre. Just make sure you have the correct PC for it.

This equipment is being packaged and sold with computers that DO NOT SUPPORT THE GEAR! Specifically, the Acer Nitro 5 does not have display port, and the USB C connecter is not Thunderbolt, it is USB-C 3.1, and not connected to the graphics card. FURTHER, you cannot convert the display port signal to HDMI, meaning that the Rift S is not supported by the "Oculus Ready," equipment that Best Buys is packaging this with. Look very carefully at your specifications and the Rift S specifications before buying!

This thing is AWESOME! Enough said! NOTE: You definitely need a good GPU for maximum effects!

This VR headset is beyond compare to other headset in the market. The best VR headset in my opinion.

It’s still in the box waiting to get used but I can’t wait to start using it.

The S is a nice upgrade in fit, comfort, and screen clarity from the original Oculus.

Didn't get a receipt with my purchase, set up wasn't the easiest I had to buy an adapter that wasn't mentioned that I needed a certain type of display port.

Great headset, though I'd suggest having a PC with specs better than listed on the box.

I had 3 of them, the first came with a dead pixel in the right eye, the second one arrived with kinks in the cord, the 3rd arrived with kinks in the cord. The customer service from occulus sucks. I takes multiple days to get a response even after you've begun talking to a rep. The product is very niche however my 8 year old really likes playing rec room. Anyway if you're on the fence skip this model and get a quest 2. There's no getting around the bad customer service though.

Great device, great compatibility. Works with my PC perfectly. Amazing product.

Much better than the HTC Vive, very little screen door effect and in general a good alrounder.

This VR system is the best. It feels so real that you get lost in the moment while playing.

This vr headset is awesome it works so well and the cameras built in are amazing

One of the controllers was broken in the inside every time i shake the controller you can hear the battery shake wtitch idk if i should return it or not because i got it a few months ago

After I purchased this item and over a dozen games I get wind that they're discontinuing the system after only being out for a short period of time. I upgraded my PC just so that I could use the darn thing so overall I've sunk a bunch of money into something that was quickly axed. One of the controllers had easily broken and if it we'rent for the Best Buy Protection Plan I'd of been hating life. Thankfully they gave me full replacement value minus the prorated service in the form of a credit in which I now am wasting away on the bottomless pit of the QUEST 2.
