I upgraded from my older Omron because this monitor offered the ability to take 3 readings back to back (to back). It automatically calculates the average and has the added benefit of connecting to a smart device to send readings to the app. I had it calibrated at my doctor's office and the readings were within the acceptable range, so I trust that what I'm seeing is accurate enough to let me know if any problems arise. I would absolutely recommend this for someone who wants a few bells and whistles along with a great device.

This is probably the best BP machine I've ever bought. With the numbers being white and the background black, it's perfect to use in a completely dark room as the numbers light up. It is accurate to an Omron Series 5 that I had bought a couple of years ago. The reason i purchased this one was because i was getting high readings on the Omron 5 thinking there was something wrong with it, but they both provided the same readings. Omron is the only name I will ever buy in a BP machine

I was told by my doctor to track my blood pressure. I purchased this model as it was rated as the best and the upper arm and not the wrist is the best way to measure your blood pressure. This unit is easy to use and sync with my phone to report to my doctor's office. I would recommend to others in need of an at home blood pressure cuff.

This unit has been great for my husband who has to keep track of his blood pressure. It’s easy for him to use himself and put on, and easy for him to look at the readings and understand what they’re saying. The readings seem to be pretty accurate as we go to the doctor and they’re pretty close to the same. We are very happy with this unit and would highly recommend it.

This is actually ACCURATE. I've had several OMRON models over the years, none of which stayed accurate. This one is a higher end model and totally worth the higher cost for bp measurements. It also has the more comfortable cuff, which you can put on by yourself. Make no mistake, the D-ring cuffs on the cheaper models require a 2 person operation to put on your arm!

Very satisfied with my purchase. Dr. recommended that I purchase this particular model & keep track of my own blood pressure. Wanting to be on top of my health I found this at Best Buy at a great price. Arrived timely & packaged well. 3 of us have been using this everyday & are very satisfied with this model. The results are very easy to read. Compact & nice looking. Works great & seems to be accurate so far. I would recommend this product & Best Buy is one of my favorite stores when I need products.

Excellent accuracy, readings 5 minutes apart are consistent and don't fluctuate. Side-by-side view is great for comparing to the previous readings. Cuff is very comfortable and the machine itself is nice and quiet while inflating.

My BP was running a little on the high side so I decided to purchase a monitor and ultimately decided on this model. It was on sale for a reasonable price. I am very happy with it. I paired it with my mobile and have been keeping track of my readings. It is easy to transfer the readings with the app on my phone. It is also nice to share this information with your MD during your annual physical exams!

I replaced a 12 year old Omron unit with this Omron 10. The new unit fits very nice on the arm. It has a natural bend the just snugs the muscle. The old unit required me to stretch and attach the Velcro, leading to about 10% false readings. This new unit has Velcro, but attaches easily. The rest of the function is similar. However, it has a Bluetooth mode. I press a button on the monitor and start the app, and I can sync all readings. Nice quality product. I purchased on sale and with a price match. Got a good deal.

It's easy to use for beginners and the quality is good. Plus, they've included a battery. It's a little bit pricey but worthy. Hope it will last for longer time. No regrets for buying this one.

Got this to try and get a more accurate blood pressure machine. Love the setting to take 3 readings and average out the results. Also works get connecting to app to store results.

This is our third blood pressure monitor. The first two gave us readings that were off from the manual sphygmomanometer readings at our doctors' office. I decided to give this a try after looking at the reviews. As they say: third time's a charm! We had it tested by our doctors and the readings were found to be accurate. The IOS app works great and gives us nice reports, too.

Excellent product easy to use easy to transfer information to your phone for record keeping. Also able to do an average of 3 blood pressures at a time with interval time periods between measurements. In addition easy to self check if you're having to do it alone.

This was our first time to purchase a blood pressure monitor. We found it to be very easy to set up and then actually use. Really like that my wife and I can at the push of a button save our daily reading where we can compare with other days. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase one.

The OMRON BP7450 is very easy to set up and provides reliable downloads to the OMRON ap on your computer or smart phone. Luckily, this will save me from the indignity of my “white coat syndrome,” by allowing me to show my doctor the “normal” BP readings that I consistently achieve at home.

This is an awesome blood pressure machine especially if you require regular monitoring for high blood pressure. You can save the info automatically to the app on your phone and easily share it with your Dr. it also allows 2 different users so you can both save the data. It is very easy to use and seems very accurate. I highly recommend.
