So far it has been a great experience and I can't find anything I don't like. I've only had it for a few days, but so far so good!

Recently the metal for the toothbrush head started having issues. I purchased this model and was shocked by the difference. The previous(from over 2yrs ago) had a bigger handle and a very strong brush pattern. This new version is the opposite with a smaller handle and much much weaker of a brush pattern. Ot does the job i definitely appreciate the older version more.

Does the job, but is a bit loud compared to my old toothbrush. I would spring for a more expensive toothbrush if I were to do it again.

There one problem that I have with it. The last Sonicare I had paused and beeped to tell you to change to the next quadrant. This one has only a muted swack which is hard to hear if you wear hearing aids.

After my dentist recommended I get one I decided to give it another try. It’s amazing! I’ve been missing out on truly clean teeth
