Philips Sonicare - 4100 Power Toothbrush - Black

I have had an electric toothbrush for many years now but it was finally time to replace it - I found this new Sonicare 4100 and thought I would give it a try and I am very impressed so far!! PROS: - The toothbrush itself is very slim and comfortable to hold! I was really happy with it not being too bulky, and just overall the design is really nice. - It has plenty of power! To be specific, you have two power options to choose from and both are great. What’s nice is that although it is powerful, its still quiet and feels very stable. - As I touched on, you have two power levels. Once you start the toothbrush, if you tap the power button again within 2 seconds it will change power level. So basically between a standard level and a more powerful level, but once you know what works best the toothbrush will always keep it at that level! And if you want to change, just cycle through the levels again once you start up the toothbrush. - Once you start the toothbrush, it has this internal timer that will buzz when it wants you to change the area of the mouth you are brushing. So it divides your timed brush session into four 30 sec areas to make sure you do everything correctly. Pretty nice feature! - The toothbrush can also tell how hard you are brushing and how often you are brushing to give you suggestions when to change your toothbrush head. A nice clever idea as well! - Lastly, I love how it has a 14 day battery life. That is huge to not have to charge it constantly! CONS: - The biggest con is that it does not come with a “brick” aka an outlet adapter for your USB powered charger. I get that people often have extra bricks and the toothbrush lasts 14 days on one charge, but its still something you need to make sure you have. - It also does not come with a travel carrying case. I don’t think its entirely necessary to have one, but its something to know, BOTTOM LINE: - Electric toothbrushes can get really expensive, really quickly. The Sonicare 4100 is an excellent value as it is slim yet powerful, and has a ton of extra features along with a 14 day battery life. I am very happy with my purchase and excited for my many years of use!

I have been using the Philips Sonicare 4100 Power Toothbrush and it works very well. The brushing performance is strong but still gentle on my gums. It is easy to use with a simple one-button design, which makes it convenient for daily use. The battery life is also good and lasts a long time between charges. Overall, it is a reliable and effective electric toothbrush for everyday oral care.

I ordered another 4100 after metal piece you clip your brush onto became very loose my current 4100. When I received it I noticed it was way smaller than my current one. The 'intensity' doesn't seem to be as strong as my old one. Not sure if that's a good or bad thing. I know there are two power stages. I put it on the strongest and it's still not a strong as the older one. Took used to gripping a smaller handle but should be good in the long run. I also noticed that the end of the charger is a USB-A instead of a traditional wall plug. Some ways it's nice if you have built in USB ports in your wall outlet or perhaps traveling and use the USB ports in hotels or even in your car!! :) Downside is you need to provide your own wall connecter to charge the brush. I just use an old iPhone charge cube to charge it and it seems to be fine. Overall, love the Sonicare. My dentist agrees. The last two checkups using this vs my previous Oral-B has been noticeably better.

Please note I'm a first time usage. So the dental hygen is told my wife you should get it electric toothbrush. It would minimize the amount of work that would have to be done when you come in for her cleaning. So if the wife is anyone I'm getting one too. What was I waiting for? Phillips Soniccare. Wow l am thoroughly and absolutely thrilled. It's been over a month and I'm enjoying this to the fullest. Never brush my teeth with such determination to get every single area.This Phillips sonicare helps me reaches everywhere. I look forward to brushing my teeth every morning. We totally thrilled with our purchase. So throw away old toothbrush. It's worth the investment.
