    Great toothbrush. I am a scrubber, and my dentist is always getting on to me because it damages my gums. this has stopped the scrubbing and my teeth fell so clean.

    Liked the small charging stand

    Unfortunately, it stopped working a month after I purchased it. I did like how small the charging station is- compact enough to take in a suitcase.

    I bought one toothbrush and it stopped working. Thought it was a fluke so ordered another one but it also stopped working pretty quickly. Called customer service and they were completely unhelpful, just kept saying it's over 14 days. So now I have a $43 non-working toothbrush. Once @Bestbuy has your money, they don't care. Will never shop there again.

    Good clean, broke after a few months of use. I did not have a receipt and did not register it (who registers a toothbrush?) was told Philips could do nothing.

    No coupon

    I tried to buy this at the North Haven store and there was a manufacturers coupon for 5$ off attached to the toothbrush that the manager refused to honor even though it was stuck to the toothbrush and it said save 5$ now , it said manufacturers coupon will rebate retailer… I bought on Amazon instead.

    I purchased the 4100 toothbrush 3 months ago. Now after a few seconds of use the brush barely moves and the battery sounds muffled. The battery was fully charged.

      Hi, thank you for taking your time to leave this review. We are very sorry to hear about issues you are experiencing with our our Sonicare. We were wondering if you have already disabled the easy-start feature? The easy-start feature enables you to increase the vibrations over time to get used to electric brushing. We kindly ask you to disable the easy-start feature to increase the vibrations. Easy start is disabled by holding the mode/intensity button and by pressing the power button once while on the charger. The handle will beep once to confirm it is disabled. After that we recommend leaving your Sonicare on charge for 24 hours uninterruptedly on the working power outlet and away from metal surfaces that may interfere during the charging. Can you please try this for us?
