My first unit was defective, and stopped working. (was able to get an exchange as I purchased the extended warranty) 2. After using for several months, I realized I did personally prefer my previous brand, that swished the bristles. (this one only vibrates)

I had to BUY an adapter so I can plug it in to charge in my bathroom instead of at my computer.

They don't last forever but nothing does. The cost vs reward is good. My dentist likes the results so why not stick with a winner.
