The link between the vibrator and the brush broke. I went to best buy for repair by Geek squad. They informed me that the product cannot be repaired but Best buy accepts return of the product. I bought this as a replacement. This newer version looks better and slimmer than the last one. Hope Phillips addressed the week link issue and this brush lasts longer.

Pink is her favorite color, so when I saw that color available I went and purchased it. It has been working great and she really likes it. She likes it so much she talked me into getting another one for myself!
