Loved the product. Very efficient, gives you a great cleaning. Charges efficienty, and can last a good period time without charging.

Sonicare never lets me down. It’s a great brand and a great product! I’ve had mine for over 6yrs and still works like it’s brand new so I got one for my 16yr old and he loves it!

The poorest and cheapest made of the Sonicsre line. This is the basic model and it has no power.

This is a replacement for a prior like toothbrush and quality matches the brush that was several years old and used many times. I was fortunate to find this item on sale and was in and out of the store in under 5 min. with the product. I expect it to last the same length or close as the past and like the 30 second reminder to notify the need to change the quadrant you have brushed.

Unfortunately my unit was DOA. (mfr issue, not BBY) And I was on vacation during the 2 weeks return period! As I had purchased the Geek Squad Protection Plan however, I was able to exchange with BBY for another unit, which works great. (NOTE these Vibrate, ("Sonic") not oscillate like other brands) - Which apparently works for shaking particles off teeth? So far so good, will see at next Dentist appt!

I bought for my daughter and she loves it. We have purchased this tooth brush from Phillips for over 5 years now and it is good. It is not too loud, although some of the ones we have purchased have gotten louder over time. The batter lasts for a very long time. It does take a day and a half to fully charge the toothbrush

Feels like a power drill in your mouth, but on the bright side, your teeth will never feel cleaner.

had bought one for myself, after using it once, bought two more. one for each of my boys, 8 &15 year old. Who now both enjoy brushing their teeth twice a day! A Great, well built product!
