    I bougt an older version of this model 8 months ago. The link between the vibrator and the brush broke. I went to best buy for repair by Geek squad. They informed me that the product cannot be repaired but Best buy accepts return of the product. I bought this as a replacement. This newer version looks better and slimmer than the last one. Hope Phillips addressed the week link issue and this brush lasts longer.

    I've used these toothbrushes for a while now and like them very much. They don't last forever but nothing does. The cost vs reward is good. My dentist likes the results so why not stick with a winner.

    switched to this brush from Oral b. I've been using it for several years and have not been disappointed. The Philips brush has a different operating principle and the head size is also more convenient. the cost is also less, I don’t see any disadvantages
