I've used several Philips Sonicare toothbrushes over the years and have always been satisfied—until this one. Unfortunately, this model doesn't perform like the others. The battery drains unusually fast, and it’s overly sensitive—any slight pressure while brushing causes it to stop or malfunction. My family and I have trusted Philips Sonicare for a long time, but this particular model is a disappointing outlier. I can’t recommend it based on my experience.

A great electric toothbrush that is very effective in maintaining a good healthy hygiene.

I have bought this product for my family. Unfortunately battety dies every 4 days and after a few months it just stopped working, Bought it again thinking I just had bad luck and same thing happened again. It’s only good for a a very short amount of time.

It feels good against my gums and not as mechanical as my previous electric toothbrush.

Love my new sonic toothbrush. Already see an improvent in plaque removal.

Been a while since the last upgrade can definitely say it's a noticeable improvement.

I owned a previous model and it seems like Phillips is taking the same route as other companies. This newer model sonicare doesn’t clean as well, and feels a lot flimsier than the older model does. My replacement will likely not be another sonicare.

Would highly recommend to anyome not looking to spend far too much on a toothbrush

Just started using, but I got the C3 replacement heads and I definitely feel a difference on my teeth.
