(mfr issue, not BBY) And I was on vacation during the 2 weeks return period! As I had purchased the Geek Squad Protection Plan however, I was able to exchange with BBY for another unit, which works great. (NOTE these Vibrate, ("Sonic") not oscillate like other brands) - Which apparently works for shaking particles off teeth? So far so good, will see at next Dentist appt!
