It simplifies brushing so much with it's 30 second intervals. It definitely eliminates any placque build up and leaves teeth feeling clean. The only critique I have is that it takes quite a long time to fully charge the battery once empty--several hours actually. So you can leave it charging once you leave for work and it should be good when you return with a full battery.
