Posted .Hi, thank you for taking your time to leave this review. We are very sorry to hear about issues you are experiencing with our our Sonicare. We were wondering if you have already disabled the easy-start feature? The easy-start feature enables you to increase the vibrations over time to get used to electric brushing. We kindly ask you to disable the easy-start feature to increase the vibrations. Easy start is disabled by holding the mode/intensity button and by pressing the power button once while on the charger. The handle will beep once to confirm it is disabled. After that we recommend leaving your Sonicare on charge for 24 hours uninterruptedly on the working power outlet and away from metal surfaces that may interfere during the charging. Can you please try this for us?
