    Sub not working

    I bought this sub and it worked good. But all of the sudden it stopped working and I took it appart just to see if it was a ground wire loose and found out that the voice lead broke. I don't know if this is a common problem or it is a manufacturing error? I bought it and was played for like 1 month. So it isn't old at all. Can I get any help on seeing if it is a manufacturing error?

    Was installed and not even a week later stopped working. Had to set up another appointment to drop off and hope it is fixed. Taking time off work on something that should be done correctly the first time is not fun. Terrible experience.

    Bought it and sounded good...while it worked. It stopped working after 2 months, and Best Buy is utterly useless when it comes helping customers. This may be my last purchase of Pioneer anything and from Best Buy.

    Didn’t work. Best Buy return policy is only two weeks. I was two days late. Marco at West Jordan UT store was complete jerk about it. Such a garbage return policy. Marco needs to go!

    The reason why I am giving this a poor rating is because I was told it would be here on the exact due date and it wasn’t there in time it was also delayed I had did some research and when a store does this kinda of act they are needing to give the customer some kind of discount this was my first time buying from here and it was not a good experience.

    Cancelled my purchase after geek squad told me i would hardly notice the difference in sound. Best buy refund me for the items i financed, but after a week i still cant get a response for a refund on the installation charge.
