My son is not a huge fan of booming bass, so the fact this subwoofer does not overshadow the mids and highs is a plus. The sound balance is undisturbed...we are happy consumers.

All you have to do is tap in to existing speaker wires with rca wire , ground wire , remote to fuse panel and its so simple to install . The base vibrates rear view mirror and has clean hits

Ripped the kicker out as fast as possible and this bangs. Didn’t think it was possible for an amp sub combo. Pioneer killed it.

This little nugget is truly a sign of our times that engineering has peaked. This has all sonic performance a vehicle needs and the controls are perfect. One can tell this is decades of experience from Pioneer plus unbelievably low overseas cost of manufacturing. Put this in my 1995 M3 which is loud and raw and a Gen X icon. I proudly crank my 80s-90s metal and disturb the conservatives around here now with enthusiasm!
