Fantastic Sound for the Money

She wanted to keep her budget under $250. and while these speakers are not perfect, they are a definite upgrade to the 20 year old factory speakers.

She enjoys it and her car sounds like you’re in a theatre that’s Dolby Digital!

You are correct, these do not come with speaker grilles. Typically, they would install behind the door panel, where you would not use a speaker grille.

They sound good with just the stock stereo. I've been installing Pioneer speakers in cars for over 20 years, they always sound good.
