Better than stock

This only works with iPhones, I made the mistake of not noticing this and ended up exchanging this head unit. Power was solid, features were solid, great value for the money if you have an iPhone.

Cheapest route replacing OEM radio

I kept all the functionality except for navigation. Everything else including rear DVD integrated just fine BUT i did have to buy the "rear entertainment adapter" wire on amazon and brought it for the install. Best buy doesn't sell it. Everything works like it did from the factory.

My son is getting his driver’s license in a few months and he is getting my older Explorer. I wanted something with hands free and a decent size touch screen, but not overly expensive. This unit fits the bill perfectly! Pioneer definitely sets the benchmark in car audio at all levels!
