Great deck

Sleek look

Carplay is a great tool and uses minimal data from my experience so far. I had this installed at Best Buy and took less than 2 hours.

Randomly disconnects from phone or shuts off. Sometimes it will not connect to carplay. Shuts down on occasion when I get a text or call and it reboots. Don't know why it doesn't work with existing mic, so I have an aftermarket mic hanging off the headliner. Seems like Pioneer could have made this unit work a little better. Love the look of this unit but it's too glitchy.

Best CarPlay unit for the money

It is very responsive since the CarPlay speed depends on how old your iPhone is. Newer models will switch screens quicker. I priced matched this to Amazon and it turned out to be a great deal. Now if only Waze would support CarPlay!!!
