    This product just keeps amazing me! So may features. Have done auto audio most of my life, doing self install getting all the features right, is a bit of a change. But the finished outcome is spectacular! Unit is still slightly 'laggy' with touch responses. But still well worth for unit!

    This stereo is hands down the best!!you can send texts back and forth without even touching your phone.the Google assistant will read your incoming texts and ask if you wanna reply then of course you say what you want to send.you can surf the internet on it,watch you tube and much more.love it!!!!

    The radio works well and the bb install was good. Only 3 stars because the wireless piece seems kinda buggy. Sometimes it works fine and others it will not. Drops the connection for no apparent reason when we have a signal. Sometimes will not connect to the phone until you turn off the car and begin again. Buggy.

    Overall, satisfied with unit. I wish there was two usb outputs instead of one. I’m not able to use the wired CarPlay feature since I’m running a splitter into the USB C output.

    Seems okay so far, but when used with maestro I could not get all the functions to work properly. I don't believe it's my stroke. I believe it's the pioneer

    This was the biggest and most expensive mistake of the year. This radio randomly stops working. It took forever to finally recognize CarPlay and randomly disconnects when wireless. The touch screen is horrible and barely responsive. The balance no longer works only the front speakers. The settings are insufferable. Updating the firmware requires a technician. I have mine connected to the steering controls and that's hit or miss. Sadly I have a slew of complaints.

    Installed in 2015 Jeep Wrangler. Will take some time to get familiar with all the features, but this is a nice radio for the price. Installed a backup camera that was purchased outside of Best Buy, on-screen display is clear.

    I ordered an open box radio on line from Best Buy, and parts for installation. When I went to have it installed I waited 2 1/2 hours only to be told there were parts missing and the radio was 4 years old. The Best Buy manager offered me the same model radio at the same price I paid for mine then 5 minutes later came back and said I would have to pay the difference. Terrible customer service.

    totally worth the upgrade. At first the gps on google maps was off, but it seemed a common bug that was solved just resetting the network settings on my phone.

    Awesome radio could watch my Netflix and Vudu. Some times I don’t go to the movies anymore watch it on my radio. Also I could order Pizza Hut off my radio. Has a great feature a flux capacitor so I could go back in time

    I highly recommend this headunit. Pioneer has really stepped up their game. This is the second one of this series I have had. First in my Silverado then my Tundra. Very user friendly. I shopped alot of units and these Pioneer models are the best for the money.

    I dont know whats with all the negative reviews, maybe those people have outdated handsets. Im using an iPhone 12 pro and the wifi connectivity for wireless carplay is awesome. really happy with this head unit, having upgraded from an AppRadio 4 (SPH-DA120)

    As a former employee who only left the company when I joined the military— I love Best Buy and I love Geek Squad. I still have all my stock in the company for my years there. But this is absolutely embarrassing. I always recommend to people that they should buy Geek Squad excellent items as they come in the exact same condition as New and include all of the original accessories. This item just showed up. The metal around the frame is dented, and it is missing every single accessory besides the main wiring harness. I purchased the Geek Squad excellent version. i’m stationed overseas so the return process is gonna take about two weeks to get back to Best Buy and another two weeks to get my new item. This is all because the item I purchased was improperly certified as excellent.

    First, I specifically requested a head unit with a stand alone GPS navigation, and he sold me this unit which does not have it. After discovering this after install, they have scheduled to have this unit replaced with another that does. While waiting for that appointment, using this unit while driving has been so-so. The Android Auto has disconnected from my Samsung phone repeatedly while driving, requiring me to reconnect each time. Not exactly the safest or most convenient while driving. The controls are okay, but not the easiest menus to go through, requiring a bit of digging for simple things like audio adjustment. Not the worst, but would recommend a better unit.
