    Very glitchy interface. Connecting to CarPlay disables the phones gps. But the head unit gps doesn’t always work, leaving me with no navigation without jumping through a bunch of hoops disabling wireless CarPlay. Music would cut in and out constantly. Adjusting the volume is almost completely unresponsive and very slow to adjust. When mirroring with hdmi the resolution is very poor and delayed, the picture would also not fill the screen, making the image even smaller that what is on my phone screen.

    Worst software and interface. Don’t buy this. You’ll waste time trying to set this up. Even their help line can’t cover all the necessary info.

    Got everything installed with the RR, everything was up and running great. Carplay on this unit is trash. It constantly disconnects. The different map apps randomly stop functioning mid-trip. This head unit scream "minimally-viable-product." Where they make people buy it, and hope they can fix all the problems with it. This unit is trash, much like best buys 2-week return policy, so I won't be shopping with them anymore.

    I hate this $600+ stereo. I bought this one in specific because the google maps and the fact it has sirius radio. It has sirius as an app. But it does not come with a tuner to actually be able to use sirius, which for $600 I feel is ridiculous. ALSO the screen is SO bright at night time, there is no settings anywhere to adjust the brightness it is VERY distracting at night time. Half the time the android auto feature doesn't even come up. The worse $600 I have ever spent.

    If you have Amazon Music and Alexa you are going to HATE this radio! Now I know where all the 286sx processers from 1984 went. Pioneer is using them in their radio's. The radio won't just connect to the internet over Bluetooth to your phone. In order for Alexa to work you have to turn on the phones WiFi hotspot. EVERY TIME YOU GET IN THE VEHICLE! I was better off using a $20 Echo Auto and Aux Speaker plug. Ask Alexa to do almost anything an it thinks for a minute then does NOTHING! PIONEER should be ashamed of this equipment! Don't Buy It! Geek squad did an outstanding job installing this and my backup camera. This review should reflect poorly on Pioneer not BestBuy!

    Didn't really enjoy it. Found the screen interface to be less responsive then my Kenwood. usb connection wouldn't work for me, so I brought it back.

    Horrible, the guys couldn't help me figure out the kind and tyoe of radio i wanted and needed. I waited 3 months to get it installed. A week before my installation best buy canceled the install

    Can’t give it a higher rating since it hasn’t been installed yet. Ordered this for my daughter. Verified it would work with her car. Purchased with all parts and installation and schedule appointment to have it installed. 6 weeks later she shows up to have it installed only to be told she has to order another part. So…more money and more time waiting.

    It gets the job done the display isn’t the best it looks like it’s a little faded (color wise) it does lag a little bit but not too much maybe like a second or two behind. You can have some fun with the customizations and you can watch YouTube when your in park so that’s cool but For the price You could get a way better one

    Apple play continuously disconnects. Sounds like this is a common flaw. While on a call, no one can hear me. Might be due to poor install by best buy or might be that this unit is complete garbage Updated firmware for each the last two versions and still its crap.

    Slow, clumsy as can be in terms of the way the software has been arranged, and it lacks to many features I wish it had. The features is does provide are annoying to get to and in the end I just wish I never bought it.

    I was think this was a good radio but it turned out to be not so good I get a call on it and it goes back to the song it shows it play but no sound have to turn it all the way off and back on to get the sound to work
