Did not work our for me and my iPhone

The thing looks beautiful. But it just doesn't work right and it never will as the tech explains it. If I had a dedicated hotspot device, instead of the one in my iPhone he said it would perform better. As it it logs on momentarily and then drops off and the Wifi takes over and then stops working like it should. It seems to be a firmware problem with the Pioneer. So I wasted the extra $250 or whatever by not buying the 2660 or 2550 with the DVD player and going wireless. What a waste. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this unit AT ALL. I was trying to upgrade my Chrysler to Apple Carplay and could have done it for a lot less money. This may work better with an Android phone. I'll never know.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just so everyone knows there is a firmware update from Pioneer that fixes a lot of the issues people keep having. Check out their site and look at the firmware updates. You have to put it on a USB thumb drive and then plug it into the unit and follow the instructions.

Posted .I am sorry to hear the unit did have all the accessories. Unfortunately, an open box unit could be missing accessories or have slight damage.
