The sound is very nice and it’s very easy to use. It’s a simple but with everything you need in a stereo, Bluetooth and was able to connect my steering wheel controls. The price was not bad at all fir the quality of the stereo. Would recommend this product!

Wanted to change out factory radio in order to get the all the benefits apple carplay. No issues with Bluetooth or CarPlay. Bought a backup camera but never hooked it up.

The screen went blank. Lucky for us, it was still covered under our TotalTech warranty and was replaced promptly. Fingers crossed that this unit does not fail in a year.

My factory radio kept disconnecting the Bluetooth from my phone and it was horrible when I was playing my favorite tunes! Thanks to the Geek Squad they installed this radio in under an hour and I am impressed! Apple CarPlay is amazing and it sounds fantastic!!! I recommend Pioneer for your radio if you choose to get one

The protection plans are exactly what they are stripped to be. Ibhad an issue and bestbuy was able to fix everything. Exchange to installation was flawlass. Everyones communication was exact. The price was excellent and the free installation was definitely a plus. So far the stereo is working well connected with my iPhone. The guys who installed this system did an outstanding job and were able to knock out the job in under 1 hour!

It's very smooth and easy to use. Touch input is pretty responsive, and I have yet to experience any bugs/issues. I would have preferred if the unit had a volume knob and physical buttons instead of capacitive ones, but I already knew this at the time of purchase so no regrets.
