I've been using this head unit for quite some time. It's very smooth and easy to use. Touch input is pretty responsive, and I have yet to experience any bugs/issues. I would have preferred if the unit had a volume knob and physical buttons instead of capacitive ones, but I already knew this at the time of purchase so no regrets.

I purchased this touchscreen audio receiver/sterio for my daughter’s car and she absolutely loves it! Best Buy did a beautiful job installing it and the price was so much better than Car Toys.

Updating an older car with a new radio. I had looked at this model and it fit what was needed. When I got to the store, there happened to be an open box item on the shelf. Installed the head unit and an amp and everything works perfectly.

The install from Best Buy was far from perfect. The trim on the dash kit feels and appears loose. The radio works as intended and improved the sound quality of the sound system though.

Bought this lovely Pioneer product from Best Buy as an open box product. The condition was excellent, looked like it was never used, ever!
I bought it in June 2022 for my 2007 RAV4. I didn’t get to installing it until October ‘22 when I finally had some time. I made an appointment with Best Buy and had purchased the harness kit and wires appropriate for the car. it is late July 2023, I’ve loved the enhancement to my stereo, until one evening I turn my car on, and the screen went white. The connection still partially worked so I thought maybe a cable came loose or some thing. The power screen would come up sometimes, but it would not move from the initial on screen with the Pioneer logo. I was able to make an appointment with the car audio at Best Buy a few weeks ago. Best Buy technician said there was nothing they could do. It was a problem with the unit itself malfunctioning. Since it was outside of the one-year purchase period and I did not buy extended electronic warranty with Best Buy, they could not replace it. Very disappointing and upsetting news to me, since all in all everything cost at least $500. Very dissapointed in this investment. :(

Quality car stereo Easy to use and works great with my 2008 Acura MDX I take a lot of trips and being able to use on the road to play some of my favorite play list while traveling is great and to be able to use maps and Waze and see apps on my screen instead of my phone makes my trips easier and safer
