I could not be more dissapointed with this product. It was bought as an open box- (no problem- it was missing some parts: mounting brackets, screws, box, instructions, etc., & had a small scratch. However, within a week the unit stopped working and shows just a white screen with colored vertical lines, or a black screen. Apparently its a common problem with this unit that I was unaware of, and it seems as if Best Buy is taking these returns, and just reselling them, rather than sending them back to Pioneer or disposing of them. I was told it was likely a display model- again, not a big deal, it was going in my commuter car anyways- so I dont mind a scratch or minor imperfections. But its a problem if the unit doesnt work!! How is it the same Best Buy location has several of these units all open box just like mine. Its not possible that they are all display models from the same location. Like my girl Judge Judy told me- when the story doesnt make sense, its nonsense!! Installing a head unit is a chore, and I'm not happy I have to do it again because its very likely some other customer experienced the same thing as me, & Best Buy likely just resold it. I encourage you to read the reviews for this unit, and see all the other complaints of the unit failing just as mine did. I didn't believe it, and thought the reviews were from the outliers, but it seems it us the norm with this product.

Really happy with this unit! The display is super clear, much better than the alpine I had. Volume controls are great and easy to use. Can’t go wrong with unit, especially for the price.

Was a decent radio for android audio features minus the phone. Callers were unable to hear me clearly through the microphone, therefore I always had to transfer calls to my phone. Screen died after 22 months of use. Unacceptable. Typical white screen. Pioneer support never responded. Upgraded to a new Pioneer DMH-2660NEX unit with an extended 4 year warranty, for ease of installation. Microphone works and callers can hear me clearly.

I’ve been looking at this receiver for a long time, and when the factory one in my Toyota started dying this started looking even better. And when I tell you it’s an UPGRADE it’s differently that. So far I’m using it for the Car Play. I love the interface and how easy it is to use.

Great radio with awesome features and a slick look

I wanted apple CarPlay that’s the main reason for me selecting this head unit. It performs very fast, boots fast. I have never regretted my decision, this radio has remained smooth and flawless. I love the customization to make it look as non intrusive as possible. Great value for the money!

The radio is very good, is the people installing the product... they keep parts from whatever they're installing... I was missing parts from my radio and they cut the wires too short also... that part i was not happy.

Very happy with my purchase, it has many settings so I can bang my system when I want and easy switch off for people that want more of a relaxed drive. Very easy to use love the hook up for the navigation

I've only had it for 5 days and I just love how the screen is so bright, clear, and easy to read. Just a little something to get to know how to program it.

Absolutely love this radio. Replying back to messages by voice is my favorite feature. Completely hands free device. I added the back up cam with it!

This is honestly a great upgrade for factory systems. This has brought my car into the new age of comfort and luxury.

Bought this pioneer 1770nex. About 14 months ago. At best buy. Double din started to turn off and on by itself. Then the screen turns white with stripes. My brother bought the same double din and its now doing the something. Do not buy this model its garbage. I read on line and this model is known for this issue.

The Stereo deck is working great, I had to go back into consulting, because the introduction guide. Didn't show me everything, nor the instruction booklet gave alot of information to work the new deck. If you got the big money to spent it. In your car. It is worth it.
