    I didn’t want my to continue using my stock radio so I bought an open box radio for leas that $160. Its way better than the original but it’s missing apple car play and no navigation, and the equalizer is non existent. I probably spent 50 bucka more for the Sony.

    It plays but the best thing about it is the bluetooth. The features are so out of date and I regret spending the money. You have to download an app that has access to all of your other appa to connect your phone.

    Cuts on and off now, it started a day after installation. Pretty annoying and now I can’t even control from steering wheel

    Doesnt have lisence feature for waze, pandora

    Finctions woth bluetooth and backcamera works fine. It has its own application called web link and it mirrors your screen for waze. It does mot have the actual waz app or pandora. I would spend the extra money next time to make sure it has apple and android features and apps

    It doesn’t do anything I wanted it to do. Its looks nice but now i have wires and attached cords out in the open. I could do more with my factory radio

    This unit sounds great, especially if you can do custom eq tunes, but that doesn’t offset just how bad the screen mirroring feature is. It took 30 minutes just to get all of the phone settings right.

    Did not work for my car at all. It wasn’t compatible with the features in my car which is a 17 Nissan murano. I tired to return it just 2 weeks of being install only to find out I can. I would say don’t buy this radio. I only need to replace my door speakers my car.

      I am sorry to hear the unit is not compatible with your factory systems.
      The factory systems have evolved to a point where you need a special interface and the radio would have to be compatible.

    ordered 2 weeks ago and not a single thing has arrived. I keep trying to track my package but they won’t update me with any new information. My money went down the drain.

    Took it out of the box. Plugged it in. Dead screen. Doesnt work at all. Didnt get to use it for 5 minutes. Bought it, it was cold out. Its nicer and went to put it in. Bestbuy.com said call someone who cares basically. Shouldnt there be a warranty at least?

    About a month after having this installed It would no longer stay on a station. It will randomly change stations and not stay on. It's super frustrating because I bought two of them and both of them do this. I can only use Bluetooth to listen to music.

      Disconnect anything you have connected to the SWC (steering wheel control) port. If the problem no longer occurs, your steering wheel control adapter may be bad or need to be reprogrammed.
      When the unit randomly changes stations, source, or volume on it's own, this is usually the cause.

      On the DMH-342EX, Bluetooth is only for phone calls and streaming music. It does not support Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.

    haven't been able to see what the radio is like yet because bestbuy was suppose to install it 2 months ago and they cancelled again on me today for the second time wouldnt recommend bestbuy to my worst enemy

    Never got installed- probably a great unit - but you don’t offer service on install - only 2 stores install units and they are backed up,2 months - and trying to make appt - terrible

    this radio would not pick up stations, so its not of use for me as well its hard to disconnected from phone calls sometimes and you have to restart your Bluetooth thru the phone after hanging up from phone call and if you are used to have a CD player this is not the system for you. My overall take is the total design is flawed so I will be returning.
