Not worth it

The radio does not have apple play for phone. The usb cord that comes with it doesnt recognize my phone. It keeps shutting of the volume and power to my amp i keep getting a error msg if i turn the vilume up. Im gonna send this back and get something else dont waist ur time or money

Worthless peace

But i was talked out of installing some parts which now is giving a annpying humming sound when i turn the radio. Good tech but his head seemed out of it during installation. Now i need to take it in again or try to fix that annoying sound.....

Poor service and product

I can't even exchange or return it due to best buys 15 day policy. I will no longer be shopping here

Buyer beware!!!

Posted .The DMH-342EX does have limited navigation application compatibility.
If you want Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, you would want to look at a different model, like the DMH-1770NEX.
Work with the Geek Squad, they can help you select the best stereo for your needs.

This unit is nice

I had put a lot of money into this car and would accept nothing less than a quality stereo that's why I looked at pioneer. For the cost I didn't think that it would be as good of a fit for the vehicle as it is turned out to be. Sounds great with the speaker system. All of my steering wheel functions are still functional. Plus it looks good. I'm pleased.

Keeps Reseting back to Factory Defaults

The guys that installed it were great in and out in 35 mins. but the stereo itsself is really good except for 1 problem in the month i've had it , it will be fine and 3 times when I get back in my truck it has reset back to factory default for no reason and i have lost all my radio stations the Time date and every thing. But when it works right it works great. I would recomend this but i would make sure that they know about the reseting.
