I have had nothing but issues with this unit. Now car play disengages in middle of trip for no reason. Even when hard wired in. Power cut out. Not sure if unit or install but either way have to waste a third trip to get this resolved.

Do not purchase this product. We have had multiple issues with this unit. The bluetooth would not connect to iPhone and now the screen just flickers. This happened one day after it being installed a year ago.

The young man at the Acworth location recommended this for my 2013 Honda Pilot. Come to find out because of the integrated climate controls and radio the radio cannot be replaced except with another of same kind.

Dont buy open box on-line! I ordered this open pox excellent condition and they sent me some Boss juck in the Pioneer Box! How can this be excellent if it was not even the product i ordered.

Loved it while it lasted, unfortunately that was only about a year and a half. Now it just has a continual reboot loop.

Would never buy this product again garbage this was a waste of my time and money broke down less than a year never goodbye again

It is an excellent product only drawback is android auto won't work wireless as suggested (few forums stated it works fine with Android 9+ but it is not the case). Sound is great and loved the wireless carplay. Justin did great job for installation flawlessly which fits my car perfectly.

Works really great. Very responsive, pretty smooth, love the wireless apple carplay and looks great in my car. It’s worth the extra price from the regular unit.

Radio is great now that I went somewhere else to REinstall it correctly! The radio was off center so the face wouldn’t flip and I was asked if I really listen to CDs? The radio antenna wasn’t installed correctly and I couldn’t get any stations. Which if you are not getting it installed at Best Buy might as well buy where you will be!

Looks great. Has great features but failed within a year and after 6 weeks, Pioneer still hasn't repaired or replaced it. My unit got stuck in a boot-up loop in September. Was determined to be an issue with the unit and it had to be shipped to Pioneer for repair. Apparently it's an issue with the memory and they needed to replace a part. It's been over 6 full weeks. No updates from Pioneer other than they're waiting for a part. And even though the unit is under warranty, they won't outright replace it because "that's not how Pioneer operates" is what I was told. All manufacturers have defects but to be without this over a month and a half with no end in sight, buyers need to beware of this unit and the brand. Despite having numerous Pioneer products over the years, this experience has been so terrible, I will NEVER buy another Pioneer product again and I recommend you steer clear of them as well.

I got this installed and it worked great, I had no issues syncing it with my phone or adding music with the usb drive. However, once I took the front screen off to protect it from the heat and put it back on, it stopped working. I'm putting fair as my rating because I haven't had it in to get looked at yet, so if it's an easy fix or I'm missing something then I will change it. As of right now, though, I'll have had a brick longer than a working radio once it gets looked at 3 days after install.

Had to replace the SD card after 1 year. Nice when it works.

I purchased this in June, 2019 and had Best Buy install it. I had several problems with it and it completely went out in November, 2024.

It’s very unstable, meaning it could freeze or reboot while you’re driving. It also drains your car battery pretty fast. We thought of using a solar charger, but the second it detects any power the screen will turn on. We will never buy pioneer again

Worked great for a little over a year then died ("software error -contact dealer or service center" message). Dealer said only option was to replace the unit. Pioneer never responded. Won't buy Pioneer car audio again.

Ordered this 3 times online and it keeps getting cancelled. Shows in stock every time I order it.

Only works with iphone 7 or older. Complete disappointment
