I needed to replace my daughter’s stereo . This radio was perfect. Best but recommended for fit and installed . Couldn’t be happier

This is a new brand for me. I’ve not ever used it. I’ve used several other brands. They were all very difficult to use screens or iffy I guess because of the heat in the car I just got installed 01 vehicle and it works just as I wanted to impressive impressed

This review is more for the Geek Squad Install Service than the stereo itself. Although I do love the stereo a lot, their service was by far better than I expected. It took them less than 2 hours to install in my 2014 Hyundai Elantra. Back up camera still works as well as all the functions on the steering wheel controls.

It looks and plays great in our 2009 Trailblazer. Now I have Bluetooth and backup camera! Sounds great without upgraded my OEM speakers.

This unit was very easy to install and its features are easy to usr.

Great unit does what it says well. The antenna for XM does not have a strong enough ground plane, but it works great with a few signal losses, which is noticeable. Once the software and firmware upgrades were completed, Android started working.

My only complaint is that Best Buy is not interesred in installing this unit. Bought it after much research, intending to install it myself, but, after seeing it and watching the installation video, am rethinking that. So far, noone at Best Buy will even answer my inquiries…….terrible customer service, for sure, almost like they just don’t care!

I love this stereo, easy to use, touch screen is awesome. Love it has options for sxm back up camera & car play for my maps.

I wanted to install a backup camera on my 2012 Honda Civic. This unit was one of five electronics items I purchased from Best Buy including prepaid installation . The Best Buy installation was pretty fast and included coaching on to use it.

This arrived quickly, was installed by Best Buy's Geek Squad team super fast, and works great! When it comes to using Siri, Bixby, or Google's voice activated stuff, I've had some issues with my Samsung not working as well as an iPhone with Siri does and coming through the car, but overall everything is great.

Nice stereo! Looks good sounds great and updates my older car.

If you are looking for a new car stereo, I highly recommend Best Buy! The installer (Sergey) walked me through the models & helped me select the Pioneer. It’s a full featured stereo with lots of helpful features including hands free phone calls, nice navigation and backup camera option. Also had a neat feature I wasn’t expecting. When you receive a text message, the unit alerts you and it can translate it in to audio for you. If you want to respond you can record a response and send it. All prompted by the receiver- all hands free. Sergey walked me through the features after his install. Necessary & especially nice is Pioneer’s customizable EQ. A must do to get this to sound great. It really does sound awesome. Plenty of power & fidelty. Very happy with the whole experience!!

My mom bought this for my son and my husband loved it so much, I bought him one too. It is so clear when he calls me. He likes that it saves his night settings (screen dimming). I don’t use it but my husband and son love it. My husband installed both of them.

Had the radio about a month now. It works great . I only use car play. USB cord/ Microphone / Dim screen in Day light could be better. USB cord extension is plugged in back of radio and is simply dangling/laying there for you to connect to. Screen is Very Dim During Bright times of the day. There is a mini Mike on this of steering column behind wheel. None of the above really bother me so much. Car play is great, Controls on steering wheel work great. I got the back up camera as well . Working great so far Best Buy People in Winston Salem NC Were great.

Great radio for the price with great features. I bought the radio as a replacement for my boyfriends stock car radios that had gone out. I love how it sounds and installation was fast. Now we just have to figure out how to use all of the new great features.
