Haven't figure out how to get around that yet - sound quality seems a little lower than with my original base model Ford radio On the other hand, I love the Android Auto functions, makes my life a lot easier

When I end a phone call the screen will not return to the preferred view. I have to turn off the power and turn it back on. My A continues to have very much static also. It could be the Geek Squad installation and not the unit - not sure.

I am not very electronic savvy, so I am having a learning curve. The backup camera does a good job when I connect to my camper, and when I am parking.

Best Buy wouldn't install it, so I had a pro outside install it. For the first couple of weeks, I had to deal with annoying beeps, and intermittent restarts. After that, the system worked great...until now. The annoying beeps and intermittent restarts are back. This system was not cheap, and the install cost more than the receiver. Looks great...sounds great (when it's working), but not worth the price I paid.

A great entry level Android Auto/Carplay head unit

Pros: Android Auto and Apple CarPlay included Up to 2 phones can be paired at the same time (with limitations) Pretty responsive touchscreen Cons: Resistive touchscreen instead of capacitive touchscreen Low resolution screen When using CarPlay or Android Auto only one phone can be used for bluetooth calling Like all new headunits you need to hook this head unit up to your e-brake or use a micro bypass chip. I have had some random shut downs and restarts, but I am not sure if this is a phone issue or a head unit issue. With all of that being said, this is a great value for what it is. It's far better than a normal radio and the interface is decently navigable.

Sounds great and has plenty of power for our factory speakers in our Vette, especially the factory woofers. Paired with Geek Squad free installation, I saved a lot of money by going to Best Buy!!

Added a backup camera as well which pairs nicely with it. Sound settings are great and system seems very responsive. Nice unit for the price.

Bought it after much research, intending to install it myself, but, after seeing it and watching the installation video, am rethinking that. So far, noone at Best Buy will even answer my inquiries…….terrible customer service, for sure, almost like they just don’t care!

Posted .I am sorry to hear you are having a problem locating a Best Buy location to install the stereo. Unfortunately, not all locations do the installs. Please contact Best Buy at 1-888-237-8289. They will try to assist you with locating an install store.

Was a little exspensive to install so my husband did it himself. All daid and done HE LOVES IT. HE comes home everynight talking about something new he learned he had for the deck.

I've had it for a month now and so far I'm loving it and I have had no issues with it. I love that I have Android Auto and I have Bluetooth for when I don't feel like plugging in my phone.
