The associate that assisted me provided excellent knowledgeable customer service and services. He assisted me in purchasing the proper equipment needed to support the installation of my choice, Pioneer - 7" - Android Auto/Apple® CarPlay™ - Built-in Bluetooth - In-Dash Digital Media Receiver - Black. He then scheduled me for an installation date. He was also the one whom did the actual installation. once installed he assisted me in the use of the controls. He even offered a surprise.... he had programmed one of my steering wheel controls to allow me hands on the steering wheel access to voice control. I'm now able to access Google Assistant to navigate, make and answer calls, choose and manipulate available apps. My thanks to Best Buy for their choice of associates.

Great car stereo for my Honda Civic . Love the Apple CarPlay . Really nice quality sounding stereo . Can display maps while using gps on your iPhone while plugged in . Always like pioneer brand car stereos .planing on adding backup camera in the future.

I have not used the navigation feature on my PIoneer very much, but it has been satisfactory when I have used it. I am not very electronic savvy, so I am having a learning curve. The backup camera does a good job when I connect to my camper, and when I am parking.

Great radio with CarPlay for the price!! Sounds great and has plenty of power for our factory speakers in our Vette, especially the factory woofers. Paired with Geek Squad free installation, I saved a lot of money by going to Best Buy!!

Was looking for something simple to add Apple CarPlay to my 2001 Sequioa. The one thing I would like is if it had wireless CarPlay capability and if the buttons were easier to press (kind of small). Again, I was looking for something cost effective which this is, but if I had to do it again I would spring for something with better interface and bluetooth CarPlay.

This head unit is a great entry level unit. Pros: Android Auto and Apple CarPlay included Up to 2 phones can be paired at the same time (with limitations) Pretty responsive touchscreen Cons: Resistive touchscreen instead of capacitive touchscreen Low resolution screen When using CarPlay or Android Auto only one phone can be used for bluetooth calling Like all new headunits you need to hook this head unit up to your e-brake or use a micro bypass chip. I have had some random shut downs and restarts, but I am not sure if this is a phone issue or a head unit issue. With all of that being said, this is a great value for what it is. It's far better than a normal radio and the interface is decently navigable.

Got this for the husband for his birthday. Was a little exspensive to install so my husband did it himself. All daid and done HE LOVES IT. HE comes home everynight talking about something new he learned he had for the deck.

I'm very happy with my new car stereo. I've had it for a month now and so far I'm loving it and I have had no issues with it. I love that I have Android Auto and I have Bluetooth for when I don't feel like plugging in my phone.

Its pretty solid, does what its supposed to do. Would recommend for someone wanting to buy on somewhat of a budget.
