The product works great, other than the balance and fade. I can use the balance/ fade on the front two speakers and they work correctly. However, the rear speakers don't. I hooked the original radio back up and everything was working correctly. I hooked the new radio back up and the rear speakers still barely put out any sound when I have the balance/ fade in the rear speakers. I tried to connect the wires differently to see if that was the problem, but it wasn't. The company told me to take it back to where I bought it, but by the time I had called and received an answer from Pioneer, and the company for my interface, it was too late to return the radio to Best Buy. I also live just over an hour away, so that didn't help, either. Other than this problem, the radio works great!

Works really good and clear sounds. Lots of options and more. Great purchase and happy with the system and the Best Buy Staff. Especially the installers in the Pensacola store.

Seamlessly integrated to my 2013 Ford Explorer. I needed a dash kit for fitting, plus the Maestro adaptor to get the steering wheel controls to work. Once installed, I can do everything with a single touch of my steering wheel control. Voice control works instantaneously and flawlessly. Even the voice from the unit is easy to understand! Installation took less than one hour at Best Buy.

Best Buy did a great job installing this in my 1998 cobra. Stereo is awesome. Very friendly staff and installer was awesome

Upgrading to this great apple play radio in my 2018 vehicle was almost like getting a new car-the free Best Buy installation was excellent.

Not installed yet but dealer and stereo shops want over $1000 to buy and install. $299 and upgrade to car play is an easy decision

I’m not a fan of corded phone connection, otherwise it does what is promised

This radio is amazing, I love how you can change your sound setting for your sub woofers and for your door speakers.

Love this u it for my daughter’s 2009 Scion TC. Installation by geek squad was quick and clean. The Apple CarPlay works great.

Purchased to replace stock stereo since it didn't have handsfree calling or bluetooth connection. I love that this system has both android auto and apple car play since we have both. Both work well.

I was wanting a touch screen radio for my Vehicle but nothing too complicated. This is the prefect one! It has every feature that I need and a few extra. I love the hands free Bluetooth and the way it can mirror my phone for navigation and streaming music.

Pretty good radio has done me well so far. Bought around a year ago and put it in my 05 F150. Works great cant complain. Installation was easy.

Clean look and easy to navigate. Takes a few minutes to set up the sound quality to match your vehicle but well worth it. Sounds fantastic.

Love the Apple Car Play by Pioneer. I have one in my motorhome and loved it so I had Best Buy put one in my car. Great product, great service!

This is a great unit. The controls on the most part are pretty intuitive. The unit responds very quickly and makes the music sound great. The bass in this unit is pretty impressive considering I am still using my stock speakers.
