All issues have been with install, (running camera while driving, mic placement etc). So far Best Buy has addressed each one as I discovered them and resolved. Menu takes some getting used to and can be difficult to figure out, but am sure will be fine once I know what order to click on things

The only bad thing that bugs me is the glare that hits the screen makew you not see anything.

It took two appointments. The two guys that installed it did an awesome job and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I would totally recommend this deck to anybody who wants to upgrade their vehicle. I also installed a back up camera and that turned out really great as well. They actually went above and beyond and fixed something else in my car that they noticed was wrong and did not charge me for it. Super great experience!

It’s a good radio for the price. The only thing is the Bluetooth connection takes a little longer to sync than I like.
