Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to buy this unit only two years after having put in a AVH-2300 NEX dvd unit which was expensive to install and to have fail in such short time. i picked this unit as a lower priced swap out honestly because i couldn’t afford much else. So far it’s been seamless just a tough one to swallow after the other unit failed. The BB installer was great and quick as can be Is definitely refer friends to him!

Great Service from the Sales Rep

I don't know much about these so put my trust in the sales rep on site at Best Buy. He was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about the item. All items were delivered quickly to my home in spite of the current pandemic. My son is very pleased with the item.

All the parts needed to install per Best Buy installation was going to be $575. Don’t advertise free installation and make people pay more than the cost of the item. This was returned. Very disappointed in Best Buy.
