I don't know much about these so put my trust in the sales rep on site at Best Buy. He was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about the item. All items were delivered quickly to my home in spite of the current pandemic. My son is very pleased with the item.

I just need to find a manual or something because it is so simply I am making it hard. I am enjoying CarPlay especially the fact that now I see the navigation on the display. AND I chose this because I also added a rear view camera, which also displays nicely. I will add this happened to be on sale when I got this, even better.

The Best Buy tech was ready for us when we got there. He went over the work to be performed and made sure he had our contact information. The install was completed an hour earlier than expected. The tech called us and when we got there he went over the product with us and linked a phone to it while we were there. Overall a very good experience.
