It looked like just the box was opened accessories were still in packages and plastic still on screen. Never had installed and am returning because of volume knob. The button is so small and I feel hard to manage while driving for my daughter.

When we tried to exchange it, Best Buy says they only accept returns within 30 days and to contact the manufacturer for replacement since it comes with a 1 year manufacturer warranty. When speaking to Pioneer, they want us to send it in (us pay for shipping) and expect at least a 3 week turn around time. They refuse to provide us with a replacement, a shipping label, etc., and says we have to go almost an entire month without a radio, GPS, etc while it gets repaired. Stay away from this product.

The warranty on the car stereos is for repair, not replacement.

For Apple CarPlay, the iPhone needs to be plugged into the stereo.
You want to use the provided USB extension cable. In most cases, the factory USB port will not work for Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.
If needed, please contact our Product Support at 1-800-421-1404, select option 1.

They will provide troubleshooting assistance.

This stereo is great, I use it to stream amazon music, youtube music and iHeartt radio. The terrestrial radio stations also come in great (better than my original stereo). Navigation works well too and is convenient.
