    deliver sucked. box inside of box that was not taped up. manufacture box inside looked like it was kicked across a warehouse, used as a step stool and used for a target for an axe as there was a puncture in the manufacturers box going through the styrofoam. I took out the item and the screen was not crack, but I had to return it as the lack of care that the box showed it having I could not trust that the inner parts have not been effected by the treatment the box.

    I’m returning this car stereo!!!!!! Had it installed by Best Buy, with new JBL speakers. The radio will play and then just power off for no reason!!!! Totally disappointed in this item!!!!! I will be returning it!!!!!

    When I use CarPlay the radio cutoff the music for a second I feel disappointed !!!

    Radio sucks in many ways

    It keep disconnecting from my Samsung phone. I have to unplug and plug it back in again to work. Sometimes the backup camera does not come on or it stops working as I am backing up. The guide lines are bad they are up in the air and the camera looks like a fish bowl. It's disappointing.

    Nice but after 30 days of use i got problem with the audio it stop then come back ...also tou have have s22 or s21 ultra good luck cauz Aadroid auto wont work with those latest samsung

    Not one of their best at all bluetooth hardly wants to connect has error messages coming on the screen wish i could take it back got it for my wife as a Christmas present really a blow back in my face i would give this unit no stars if i could

    Open box Said only scratches didn’t mention missing parts detrimental for the radio to work or that it was completely used. Had another person‘s name in the Bluetooth.
