I had this radio put in my ram truck which they stated worked for my truck. I’ve had it back there 4x and still isn’t fixed so now I have to take it to another shop and have another radio put in it. Wasted $700 then just had an iPad repaired they did t back nothing up and have to redo everything on it.

I purchased this for my sister since she wanted it so bad. It said it fit her car and it was good to go and that it included free installation. after I purchased it when I got someone to install it it didn’t fit, and I had to buy 400$ for an installation kit and extra pieces so it would fit her car. That was a huge let down.

Apple CarPlay option only works through USB that is a cord from the back. Would not have gotten if known this before hand.
