    Looking for an upgrade in a 2011 Traverse this one was just right. Not crazy expensive like the new ones but well worth it.

    Kind of upset about this. I purchased this for my sister since she wanted it so bad. It said it fit her car and it was good to go and that it included free installation. after I purchased it when I got someone to install it it didn’t fit, and I had to buy 400$ for an installation kit and extra pieces so it would fit her car. That was a huge let down.

    2 months into this - unit didn’t turn on , nothing, dead. A few times we turned the car off and on , then the unit started up. Second time took about 15 minutes after driving and then unit came back up. I’ll let BestBuy know… maybe defective?!
