To get it fixed you have to do everything through Pioneer on your own. This includes shipping and possibly a diagnostic fee for a radio bought in December and the install was a month later. Immediate issues were brought back to Best Buy installer for potential issues and was told it was possibly the radio. Probably the last time I get a Pioneer or from here.

Sounds is great. Although another complaint I have is the resolution. The resolution for the CarPlay is actually garbage.
