About 20 days before the warranty expired it started acting up -not turning on, disconnecting from Bluetooth, no carplay. She was away a college so couldn't get to best buy in time for warranty. Went the date as it wont even turn on now and they said no thanks its just over a year old. Where is the product support? I shouldn't have to pay extra for a warranty If the product is quality. I always trusted Pioneer but wow! just over a year and its dead! No help from anyone related to the purchase of over $600.
