That said, I am not very happy with this Pioneer DMH-1500NEX. It took some getting used to, but not bad. After only a month, I had to swing back into Best Buy to have the installer look at it. He thought my calling issues might have been due to the cord, but after only a few days with another new one, it would make calls again. Then it would not turn off the maps. Then it changed the screen completely on it's own. The calls issue seemed to go away on it's own, but has come and gone a few more times. It is almost 1 year old now and I don't drive a lot, so it's not been used a lot. Tomorrow I am calling Best Buy to either repair this one or replace it as it has been very frustrating with not making calls and telling me "THERE IS A PROBLEM CONNECTING" "TRY AGAIN". I was sitting still in my driveway when it did it to me again today, so back it goes.. I think the problem must be with a board inside as it has changed the screen on it's own and sometimes the menu doesn't want to come up. Plus the issues with calling.. Everything new, but the truck... You tell me.

I had this radio put in my ram truck which they stated worked for my truck. I’ve had it back there 4x and still isn’t fixed so now I have to take it to another shop and have another radio put in it. Wasted $700 then just had an iPad repaired they did t back nothing up and have to redo everything on it.
