    Great Radio. Installation took 2 people working on this installtion 4 hours. Everytime I looked up they kept walking away from the installation and talking to some one. I was told normally 1 guy could do it in 3 hours. I would never recommend San Raphael Best buy for anything.

    Bought this unit for my daughter and had Best buy install in her jeep. About 20 days before the warranty expired it started acting up -not turning on, disconnecting from Bluetooth, no carplay. She was away a college so couldn't get to best buy in time for warranty. Went the date as it wont even turn on now and they said no thanks its just over a year old. Where is the product support? I shouldn't have to pay extra for a warranty If the product is quality. I always trusted Pioneer but wow! just over a year and its dead! No help from anyone related to the purchase of over $600.
