Never do business with Best Buy

I booked my appointed for noon on a Monday and the day of they told me it was actually for 1pm. They rescheduled me for a week later and then canceled it without telling me. Best Buy then tried to charge me $200 for parts that I don’t need and were “included with Best Buy install”. So they messed my appointment up twice and tried to charge me $200 for things that are supposed to be included even though I didn’t need them. I’m done doing business with Best Buy.

It's going back

That's it I have siriusxm. When I go to use it and try to change channels I get no signal. When I turn off the car and restart it I can sometimes charge channels. The picture quality for the backup camera is awful. When I used it on my Kenwood it was all good. This was supposed to be an upgrade but it's not. I'm taking it back.

Disappointed beyond belief

Only functional part so far is bluetooth audio, which gives me the same functionality that a $7 cable would have offered had i stayed with the stock radio. So very disappointed, as this was a gift for my wife.

LOUD FANS!! STAY AWAY

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i had high expectations for this apple play car stereo. after i installed it, the stereo fans were SUPER LOUD. never ever had a stereo with such LOUD FANS. you can’t hear it when your driving, but with the stereo off, and just being in the car, you can hear it. i returned it and went with sony. pretty disappointed that a unit at almost $450 has loud fans that stay on all the time.

Yuck shoulda stuck with JVC

I am very much more into jvc products. It takes too long to load and its not that fantastic. Non of the apps for pioneer work for it like mirrorlink or web host and im not impressed if I could take it out for free and get my money back I would. Touch buttons work when they want to and the google works when it wants to. It is good for talking on the phone though

The speaker's went on and off within a day, and they told me to replace them, and there was nothing wrong with my speakers, it was a loose connection that they did just to get me to bring it back from for work.

Car Stereo

The clerk said yes. It does not. I am not happy when i am given the wrong information. I would have selected a different one. It is must harder to work than also lead to believe. But it is not returnable once it was installed. Just wish i was given the correct information.
