    Great Radio. Installation took 2 people working on this installtion 4 hours. Everytime I looked up they kept walking away from the installation and talking to some one. I was told normally 1 guy could do it in 3 hours. I would never recommend San Raphael Best buy for anything.

    I am not very electronics savvy, but I can usually run a stereo without any trouble. That said, I am not very happy with this Pioneer DMH-1500NEX. It took some getting used to, but not bad. After only a month, I had to swing back into Best Buy to have the installer look at it. He thought my calling issues might have been due to the cord, but after only a few days with another new one, it would make calls again. Then it would not turn off the maps. Then it changed the screen completely on it's own. The calls issue seemed to go away on it's own, but has come and gone a few more times. It is almost 1 year old now and I don't drive a lot, so it's not been used a lot. Tomorrow I am calling Best Buy to either repair this one or replace it as it has been very frustrating with not making calls and telling me "THERE IS A PROBLEM CONNECTING" "TRY AGAIN". I was sitting still in my driveway when it did it to me again today, so back it goes.. I think the problem must be with a board inside as it has changed the screen on it's own and sometimes the menu doesn't want to come up. Plus the issues with calling.. Everything new, but the truck... You tell me.
