    I ask when i pick the radio out if it played at least one CD. The clerk said yes. It does not. I am not happy when i am given the wrong information. I would have selected a different one. It is must harder to work than also lead to believe. But it is not returnable once it was installed. Just wish i was given the correct information.

    I've always owned pioneer receivers, but my luck ran out with the purchase of this one. Bought as open box. Only had unit installed for about 2 months and I'm having source sound level issues, as well as unit going into protect and resetting randomly.

    Seems pretty cheap and antiquated. Not very stylish. Sound produced through receiver isn’t good either.

    TO MUCH PLAING AROUND WHENT TWO TIME TO GET MY HEDERINSTAD DID NOT DO IT BOUTH TIME AND THEN TELLING ME I NEED OTHER PART AND WHEN HE GUY CAME BACK HE WAS DONE IN 5 MITENS TO DO IT THANK GOD HE WAS THERE IF NOT THEY WOULD HAVE IT BACK.

    I had this installed about 2 years ago and recently it's been going dark or just not connecting. It's reliable about 60% of the time.

    First opened box purchase had to be returned due to missing parts (mic and USB extension / port cable)... second opened box didn't come with the screws needed to install and secure the unit... caused delay installing it due to these problems and made it overall a pretty poor experience

    Not insalled yet because Best Buy didn't carry the installation kit for my vehicle anymore. Ordered it myself, but now can't book the install through Best Buy because their Corporate system of trying to schedule something stinks and they don't allow you to actually talk to someone at the store. Been hung up on, went to store and promised a call back, etc. to no avail, customer service sux in my opinion

    Excellent radio. Just don't have geek squad install it. The speaker's went on and off within a day, and they told me to replace them, and there was nothing wrong with my speakers, it was a loose connection that they did just to get me to bring it back from for work.

    Entire experience was horrible. I asked for the sxm adaptor. It was not on the order which meant the appt could not be kept . They sldo added a camera tripod to my car stereo install. I got fed up and told them "to cancel everything". I had to fight and threaten to have them credit me for the tripod. Anyway i went to JoDis in Orange and got everything done same day.
