    Entire experience was horrible. I asked for the sxm adaptor. It was not on the order which meant the appt could not be kept . They sldo added a camera tripod to my car stereo install. I got fed up and told them "to cancel everything". I had to fight and threaten to have them credit me for the tripod. Anyway i went to JoDis in Orange and got everything done same day.

    Just took my car stereo to Bestbuy for them to fix. Had problem connecting to Bluetooth and keeps the car stereo losing power.

    Although it stated on the box that it was compatible with my vehicle, it in fact was not.

      Some vehicles have variations that are not always listed in the fit guides. Car manufacturers are making it more difficult to install an aftermarket stereo.

    No issue with the product itself, but poor customer service both at Best Buy and Geek Squad Autotech/Install Bay; i.e., Best Buy staff ordered incorrect parts, a manager's bad attitude during the product return & refund process, the auto technicians' friendly attitude on the surface but poor communication skills

    The installer in the geek squad did not care about my opinion. He didn’t care about the quality of the radio in our car. We cannot see the display in the sunlight. Our side view and backup cameras are way to dark to see out of. The radio that was sold to us did not fir as promised by the Best Buy employee. The geek squad installer installed a radio of his choice.

    Touch screen is very annoyingly buggy! Touch calibration settings are useless. If I hadn't paid to install it I'd return it.

    the chat were not profesional ever, jumping from one agent to other, prices is highest, I tried to buy through black friday discount, they did forgot to put another item with it and when i want to cancel it after 2 hours, they did not help me, it is last time I buy from BestBuy , was awful experiment ever

    Item was missing Mic for hands free. Now have to spend more money to get a mic. This will make the total purchase as much if not more than a new in the box. Beware of open box.

    Purchases indash almost a month ago I've been to 3 different best buys and still no can install it. I needed to buy a pack wiring system to hook up to my stock amplifier I have 2 of the best buys tell me that the pack I bought Was broke or Was malfunctioning so I got another one and another Best Buy told me my data in my car wasn't Cooperateing with the indash and they told me I need to go to Chrysler to get it worked out I get power I just don't get sound so now I need to waste another day this Sunday to go to another Best Buy Just a waste the time

    Horrible system. I've had this radio for a little over a year and it has so many issues. This radio will shut off anytime a call comes in; the volume buttons are difficult to change vs a knob; the turn signal is extremely quite after installation (could be Geek Squad's fault on this one).

    Hard to see during the day and one side keeps cutting out. And the is a high pitched whistle. Almost like when I installed my first radio in my first car. I had Bestbuy install it. Not happy with what I’m getting. I also purchase their best speakers and a amp that the sales guy said would make it sound good. I can’t hear hardly and low end. And it seems like the speakers are blown

    If I could leave zero stars I would. This install was botched the first time around. Took it in a second time, and now I need to buy more parts. We left with it and the installers "I did the best I could do" and a unit that did not function properly. I have no idea if this stereo is good or not, but where else can I leave a crap review of the install? It's been hell trying to get Best Buy to do anything about it. And now... good luck getting through on the phone.

    Does not fit the stereo bracket for me vehicle even though I searched the Best Buy website for my specific make and model

      Most vehicles will require a dash adapter and/or a wiring harness adapter kit.

    This unit does not work with the new Samsung Galaxy 22 Ultra. There is a known glitch that hopefully gets corrected soon

    I was very happy with the radio at first but the unit stopped working a few months after it was installed. It was Apple car play that stopped working first and then the radio itself.

    Please buy another radio

    Brought this June 2020 it has been working properly for the most part. Once in a while it would cut out and even worse any tiny bit of water will shut off for about 10-15 min until it resets by itself. When it’s raining out and I placed my umbrella in the passenger side and a very tiny dripped onto it and shut off. I would recommend another radio this has been an headache

    Backlighting is terrible, can hardly see whats on the screen during the day. It constantly turns itself off especially of i try using Android Auto. Not sure if its due to Geek Squads installation or the radio itself. Getting it checked this week.
