    I have no idea how this device works because my "free installation" was not free, and it wasn't until my appointment 3 weeks after purchase that i found out there were more fees required.

    Got this from them and in less than 3 months it quit, paid for overnight shipping they failed to deliver on. If you want any kind of exspensive car audio equipment I’d recommend crutchfield audio the customer service actually helps with issues

    For the price I thought it came with a CD player and the Bluetooth option doesn't even work..

    After a month, now it works maybe half the time. It’s so random. Sometimes CarPlay will connect. Others the screen is completely blank. Add to that we have to drive 1.5hrs to get it installed/repaired.

    AVOID!!! Went bad in less than a year. Was told they have a problem with the screen and that was what was going on with mine

    The connection sounds horrible. The radio stations do not come in clear at all I paid 600 plus for this radio and installation. I will be returning this product.

    I'm dissatisfied with this product. It is currently not working again after having it serviced shortly after the initial install. I'm having it serviced again on 2/28. If problem persists I will return/replace.

    I initially thought that it came with a mounting device, but I was mistaken. I went back on the website to buy the device but it has been out of stock for the past couple weeks. The device is sitting in my closet and my car is without music. I have purchased the hardware on crutchfield, it will arrive shortly.

    Trash store & employees trying to trick the custumers. Ordered an open box item and Received a total different thing with the box of the item i was supposed to get & none of the stuff it was supposed to come with. Would never buy from this store again.

    Great for about a month then all of a sudden every time I use car play it just shuts off. It also happens with my brother who got the same stereo

    Product was advertised as fitting our car, but it doesn't tell you that you have to modify the car by cutting into the dash. It also did not say that you need all the wiring and installation kit. That would have been helpful so could have ordered together. I will be returning this item.

    We’ve had it for less than 6 months and it turns off intermittently and won’t stay connected to Apple Car Play.

    Had it installed at Best Buy. When they powered it up the radio, it was bad right out of the box.

    I gave zero stars. It took tech 3 different times to get my radio working right and spent extra $800 on unforeseen parts to make my radio work. Never again will I buy from Best Buy.

    0 stars wasn't an option. Faulty product, the screen went white and Pioneer's service department is no help.

    I purchased this on the website and it was supposed to fit a 2012 Jeep Patriot. An adapter kit for installation was recommended which I also purchased. The radio doesn't fit and the adapter kit wasn't the right one. Very frustrating. Now I have to return it.
