    Have not install it into my vehicle. Got to wait until June 17 to get installed in your shop. i’ve been waiting since May 29 to get it installed

    Radio doesn’t work! I’ve emailed CS numerous times and not one reply back! VERY DISAPPOINTED the screen is INOP

    The sexist installer at pineville nc changed my appointment and treated my wife as if a female knew nothing about cars. Best Buy Corp did nothing to correct it

    The install takes forever. I would pay a little more and go to a local store. The waiting list to get installed is months. They signed me up for a year of free installs and at this rate the year will be gone before I get the first install.

    I bought this for my husband’s Christmas gift. He went to install it and it does not fit his model truck like the description said. Now I can’t return it because it’s after the return date

    Sucks, on the way back to Fallon from Reno, the unit blew up and shut down. Nothing in the manual on troubleshooting. Think it blew a fuse.

    we paid to have this item installed only to discover it was broken and then had to pay to have it uninstalled!! and had to buy a new one
