    not sure if i would recommend this stereo to anyone! I bought mine in september and had best buy install it. it is 5 months old and i lost my navagational and it shuts down whenever it feels like it over and over and comes back on with a black screen. NOT impressed!!

    Definitely Do NOT recommend... This device constantly shut off from day 1 and GPS constantly failed. I was extra upset because this model was selected by the Best Buy Personal Shopper. Returned to Best Buy to service this item 3 times before they eventually told me to contact Panasonic. Of course that was only three weeks before my warranty expired. After a painstaking process, it was finally sent back to panasonic under Priority mail, so I could track if they received it. A week later they still hadn't log it into the system because support stated that it was not received. After I asked them to further review it because USPS confirmed it was signed for, they located it under a different Ticket number. It was finally repaired, returned , reinstalled and now works worst than before... didn't think that was possible but here we are. So I'm definitely not choosing Panasonic again and since I didn't get the (Apparently needed) Extended warranty, I'm definitely taking the loss on this one. Guess you live and learn.... Not to buy Panasonic! Hopefully this helps someone else avoid this nightmare.

    Manual, what manual?

    The reason for the 3 stars is the documentation or the lack thereof. What information there is, is sketchy at best and it is a learn as you go. Unless there is more information I would look at another product.

      You are correct, the DMH-1500NEX does not support Wireless Apple CarPlay or Wireless Android Auto. You need to connect via the USB cable. PUSATechAnswers

    Poor quality -- you get what you pay for

    DO NOT BUY THIS BOAT ANCHOR, BUY A BETTER PRODUCT THAT IS SUPPORTED AND DESIGNED BETTER! I started having power issues with the unit a few months after I owned it. I re-set it started again a few months later with error codes. Best Buy sent me to Pioneer. The Pioneer support is HORRIBLE. They told me to have it uninstalled and ship it back to them (on my dime). No RMA exchange or help in shipping. They said it may take a month or two to get it back. I will never even look at another Pioneer product again. Better, off buying Radio Shack on Ebay.

    Never buy open box

    I purchased an open box radio in excellent condition, it showed up missing components, food all over the radio, no box but in a plastic ziplock bag. I would have called the condition fair at best or wouldn’t have let the person return their radio all to save $50 that I already spend replacing the missing parts. Outside of all this pioneer makes a great radio and Facebook market place would of give me a cheaper price with all the same if not more parts of the same quality

    Cant review product as Best Buy installed it wrong

    Product was never installed right. Best Buy was the installer. Don’t use them. We are in process of trying to figure how to get it installed correctly. Apple car play doesn’t work due to it being installed incorrectly. Do not recomment

    Does not work as advertised. The WebLink will not connect. I’ve been back twice already, and hopefully, Best Buy will correct the 3rd time. Otherwise I will return…

    Great radio but best buy has it as Android auto compadle, but it is not. It uses a off brand auto that kills your phone battery and it just basicly useless except for YouTube

    Pathetic piece of crap. haven't had this a year yet and it doesn't work anymore. There hasn't been an updated since 2019 so can't up date the unit it all.

    Apple Car Play Does not work!!!

    Doesn’t work with Apple Car Play iPhone 12 or newer. Pioneer knows the issue and there is no fix.
