Held my Garmin steady and enabled me to concentrate on the road

It sticks to the dashboard great. Holds the Garmin great.

This is an awesome product. It conforms and shapes to any type of vehicle dash. The silicone type bottom holds it firmly in place without any damage to the dash. The leather carrying case that comes with it is of high quality and makes transporting and protecting the gps easy. Highly recommend this product. The price is great also

I keep one of these in each car and one to use in rental cars. It provides a solid position for the GPS and can be easily removed and stored. Far superior to suction mounts.

I found this item at my local store, wanting something for travel and renting a car - allowing me to use my own GPS rather than paying rental companies for use of theirs. The friction mount works fine, and tends to stay put wherever you place it. My only disappointment is the case. The Nuvi 5 fits tightly into the case, but no room for the mount. For travel purposes, I would have preferred a case where the GPS, mount and cables all fit into one space.

I recently bought the Garmin Nuvi 2895 GPS and wanted a good dash mount and case for it. This fit the requirements nicely. The case is slim and does a good job protecting the GPS while the mount offers a much better mounting solution than the windshield suction cup (which inevitably lets go!) The base of the mount is somewhat flexible allowing for it to be used over a range of different dashboard configurations. I particularly like that the base has its own ball mount not requiring use of the mount which ends with a suction cup.

The case was too small, so that was a waste but over all I am very happy with this purchase. I travel a lot and it folds up easily to pack.

Holds on the dash great. My only negative is it vibrates a little compared to the weighted bean bag style I had before.

It stayed where I put it on the dash and didn't slide around. The only thing I did not like was the grease mark it left on the dash. Very hard to clean off.

It is more efficient to use than previous one. It stays on the dash & doesn't slide.

Great product, it is easy to install and remove from car between trips. Base is sticky enough to not move around during rough asphalt roads with pot holes.

I like the fact that it sits on my dash and doesnt fall off of my window anymore but if you have to accelerate it still falls on you

Easy to use and really does stay in place. Great because doesn't leave the suction cup mark for theives looking to steal GPS units. Also allows easy movement while driving or for passenger to grab the unit and make changes.

I purchased this because I did not want to spend hundreds of dollars for one in my SUV. This Garmin is very easy to use. Simple and Durable.

Great product with the exception that the base is rigid and flat and my dashboard is angled. I find that the mount will slide until it hits the window to stabilize the GPS and mount.

It works fine but tends to cause the screen to bounce when driving over rougher terrain. The sand bag version does not bounce.

This GPS holder lighly sticks to the dashboard. Easy to remove without leaving residue. I was surprised that it adheres well to a rigid surface even though it doesn't stick hard to it.
