    We purchased this to help track visitors and packages. It works well,but the video quality is sometimes off. Overall, not a band buy.

      It sounds like the device is not performing as expected. We are happy to share some tips with you for troubleshooting why your Ring device may be experiencing issues with video quality. If your phone or tablet has poor service or internet, it could be affecting "Live View" or your video downloads. Try turning Bluetooth off, then open "Live View" or view a recorded Ring video. Poor wifi can often cause Ring device issues, including video quality. We recommend following these steps in the Ring app: Tap the top menu (☰), then "Devices." Choose your device. Tap the "Device Settings" tile. Tap "Device Health." Under the "Network" section, you'll see your device's "Signal Strength." If your "Signal Strength" (RSSI) is amber or red, your Ring device likely has a poor connection to your location's wifi. Reboot your Ring doorbell or camera by following these steps: Open the Ring app. Tap the top menu (☰), then "Devices." Choose your device. Tap the "Device Settings" tile. Tap "Device Health." Scroll down and tap "Reboot This Device." Wait a few minutes for your device to reboot.

    Roadie delivery service is trash and they’ll steal

    The Ring doorbell is fine and I know it because I bought it elsewhere. Meanwhile, the one I ordered from Best Buy was picked up by their carrier, Roadie, and never delivered. Their CSRs made up lies as to where it is. None of which has any basis in truth or evidence and everyone gives me a different reason so I know they’re all lying. Meanwhile Roadie CSRs don’t answer the phones and when they respond, they lie as to where it is too because they can’t admit that their drivers are often unreliable and sometimes steal things where they leave the customer unable to get a refund because we can’t prove their carrier didn’t deliver it which is weird. Let’s just say, save yourselves the hassle and just drive down to the store and pick it up. Best Buy seems to be cutting corners and since they won’t admit that they lost it or the delivery driver stole it or someone else did, they think I have it so therefore this review is valid unless they give me a full refund

    These doorbells are great for security for your home. The only thing I’ve noticed is that I had to replace one & the replacement one spent seem to have the clarity that the original one I had to replace.

    Works most of the time, but will occassionally not detect movement until someone's already leaving the porch. That may be an internet issue though.
