I had mine for about 15 yr and just had to replace one that was in the sun all the time

I get instant phone alerts for motion or doorbell presses, letting me watch deliveries happen live and identify any visitor from wherever i am. I also love the video saving clips of events.

I ended up buying 2 1 christmas present and one for myself a week later. The charge holds well weeks at a time. I would had rated 5* BUT there is a $50 yealry subscription fee. I did not notice that mentioned on the box or webpage, if so I would had looked for a alternate brand. Overall would recommend just plan on adding a $50 plus dollars to purchase price.

Great Doorbell Canera

I hated the fact that I had to charge the camera once every 2 months. The images are clear. I paid for the subscription because I want to review any Camara footage whenever I want.

Regarding the mounting bracket, Ring Battery Doorbell comes with a standard mounting kit designed for flat surfaces. At this time, a mount specifically designed for vinyl siding is not available as part of our product lineup.
